JURISDICTION AND SCOPE
How Our Policy Applies in the Philippines
Our legal terms govern every interaction between you and appleluck — from the moment you open an account to each session where you move funds through your wallet. Because access depends on local law, these terms apply only where permitted under Philippine regulations and in eligible regions as determined at account registration. We do not make representations about legal status in jurisdictions outside our defined scope. When you transact through GCash, Maya, or GrabPay, the transaction itself is handled between you and that payment provider under their own terms. Our policy covers how we record that transaction on your appleluck wallet, how we retain that record, and how you may request a copy of it. We do not have authority over the payment provider's own policies, processing timelines, or dispute procedures — those sit with GCash, Maya, or GrabPay directly. This policy is the current operative version. When we update it, the revised version is published at this address and the change takes effect from the date shown at the top of the document. Continued use of your account after that date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms. If a section conflicts with applicable Philippine law, that law controls the conflicting portion only; all other sections remain in effect.
GCash
Transaction records for GCash deposits and withdrawals are held on your appleluck wallet history, accessible after login.
Maya
Maya transfers are logged in your account statement. Maya's own terms govern processing on their side.
GrabPay
GrabPay payments appear in your wallet the same way; disputes with GrabPay are handled through their support channel.
InstaPay / Bank
InstaPay and bank transfers are subject to the same account-record rules — you can request your transaction log through our support channel.
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE COVERAGE
What Falls Within This Policy
Not every part of your experience with appleluck falls under exactly the same policy section. Account access, wallet transactions, site content and third-party services each sit in a distinct part of the framework. Understanding which applies to your situation saves time when you need to raise a question or request a correction.
Account Access
Login credentials, session continuity across devices, account registration fields and identity verification steps are all covered by this policy. We hold and process this data according to the terms set out here.
Wallet Transactions
Deposits and withdrawals processed through GCash, Maya or GrabPay are recorded in your appleluck wallet. Our policy covers how we store and present that record; the payment provider's own terms cover their side of the transfer.
Site Content
Game titles available in the lobby — including content from CQ9, Spadegaming, Pragmatic Play, Bigtime Gaming and Microgaming — are provided under licensing arrangements between appleluck and those studios. Content rights, availability and territory restrictions sit within this policy's scope.
Third-Party Services
Links to external sites, payment provider portals and studio-hosted game pages operate under those third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for the content, data practices or availability of services outside the appleluck platform.
YOUR PRACTICAL OPTIONS
Actions You Can Take Under This Policy
You hold several practical rights over your own account data, and acting on them does not require a formal legal process — most can be handled through your account dashboard or our support channel. Start with your account settings page after login: that is where your registered name, contact details and linked payment methods are displayed and can be updated. If something looks wrong — an incorrect name, an unrecognised transaction entry, or a wallet amount that does not match your payment records — raise it directly through the support channel and reference the transaction date and payment method used. For a copy of your account transaction history, you can request an export through the account section after login. We aim to respond to data requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you believe a record is inaccurate and an in-app correction is not sufficient, you may submit a formal written request through our support address. We review each request against the original account data and respond with the outcome.
Review Your Records
Your transaction log, wallet history and account details are visible after login. Check the account section for the current state of all records we hold.
Correct Account Details
Name, contact information and linked e-wallet details can be updated in account settings. For changes that require identity verification, follow the steps shown in the account section.
Raise a Question
If a transaction entry or data record appears incorrect, contact support with the relevant date and payment method — GCash, Maya or GrabPay — so the query is routed accurately.
Request Data or Closure
To request a copy of your data or to close your account, submit a written request through the support channel. We follow the steps and timelines set by applicable Philippine law.
POLICY CONTACT PATHS
How to Reach Us on Legal Matters
Policy questions, data requests and account correction requests each have a specific route. Using the right channel means your query reaches the right team without the delay of being forwarded. All three paths below are monitored; response times depend on the complexity of the request and the volume at the time you write in.
Live Chat Support
Open the chat widget from your account dashboard after login. Describe the policy question or data issue and reference your account email so we can pull the correct records without asking you to repeat information.
Email for Written Requests
Formal requests — including data export, account correction or a written account of a transaction dispute — should be sent by email. Include the transaction date, the payment method used (GCash, Maya or GrabPay) and your registered account email.
Account Dashboard Self-Service
Minor corrections to contact details, linked wallets and notification preferences can be made directly in account settings without contacting support. Check the settings section first — it covers most routine changes.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA
Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security
We collect only what is necessary to operate your account, process transactions through GCash, Maya and GrabPay, and maintain the session continuity you expect when switching between your phone and another device. Data retention follows the period required by applicable law; we do not hold account data longer than that period without a documented reason. Cookies on the platform are used for session management and lobby preferences — you can review and adjust cookie settings through your browser at any time.
Data Collection
We collect account registration details, login records, wallet transaction data and session information. Collection is limited to what is operationally necessary. We do not sell account data to third parties.
Cookies and Session Data
Session cookies keep you logged in across tabs and devices. Preference cookies remember your lobby settings. Both can be cleared or blocked through your browser settings; doing so will require you to log in again.
Account Security
Access to your account is protected by the credentials you set at registration. If you believe your login has been compromised, use the account recovery path on the login page immediately and contact support to flag the issue.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account and transaction records for the period required by applicable Philippine law. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised. To request early deletion where law permits, send a written request through the email support channel.
POLICY FAQ
Common Questions About This Policy
These are the questions we hear most often about how appleluck handles account data, transaction records and user rights under this policy. If your question is not here, the support channel is the next step.
Does this policy apply to my GCash and Maya transactions?
It applies to how we record those transactions on your appleluck wallet. GCash and Maya each operate under their own terms for the transfer itself. If a dispute involves both sides, you may need to contact both appleluck support and your payment provider separately.
How do I get a copy of my account transaction history?
Log in to your account and check the account or wallet section — your transaction history is displayed there. For a formal export or a date-range record you cannot access directly, submit a request through the email support channel with your registered account email.
Can I correct wrong details on my account?
Most contact details and linked e-wallet entries can be updated in account settings after login. For changes that require identity verification — such as a name correction — follow the steps shown in the settings section or contact support if the option is not visible.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
We retain transaction and account records for the period required under applicable Philippine law after closure. Once that period ends, records are deleted or anonymised. Submit a written closure and data-deletion request through the email channel to start the process.
Who do I contact if I think my data was handled incorrectly?
Send a written description of the concern through the email support channel. Include your registered account email, the dates involved, and the payment method if a transaction is part of the issue. We review each report against the account record and respond with an outcome.
Is access to appleluck available everywhere in the Philippines?
Access depends on local law and is available only in eligible regions as determined at account registration. We do not guarantee availability in all areas. Check the eligibility conditions shown during the account opening process for the current access rules applicable to your region.
