Casino / App
appleluck puts live dealer baccarat, fan-favourite slots and a sportsbook — including basketball markets for PBA and NBA — all in a single lobby you can reach from your phone, funded through GCash, Maya or GrabPay where access is permitted under local law.
The casino lobby is split into three clear areas. Slot rooms carry titles from CQ9, Spadegaming, Pragmatic Play, Bigtime Gaming and Microgaming — Wild Bandito and Rapid Plinko are among the headline titles you will see when you open the slots category. Live casino puts Prestige Baccarat Live alongside roulette and blackjack tables with real dealers streaming round the clock. The sportsbook foregrounds basketball betting, with PBA and NBA lines alongside boxing and Mobile Legends esports markets. Bingo Sunday Special and Pusoy round out the card and bingo category for players who want something closer to local game formats. RTP figures are shown only where the game provider makes them visible inside the title itself — we do not publish figures we cannot verify. Switch between any of these categories from the bottom navigation bar without losing your session or your wallet balance.
The casino is built around the way most players here actually use it — on a phone, in portrait mode, between other things. Slot reels like Wild Bandito and Rapid Plinko are laid out in a vertical scroll so you can browse and launch with one thumb. Live tables resize automatically so the dealer feed and chip row fit the screen without pinching or rotating your device. The sportsbook keeps basketball lines in a card rail at the top of the sports category, so PBA fixtures are visible the moment you open that section. Your wallet balance and any pending transaction carry across if you switch from mobile browser to desktop mid-session — the account state is the same on both. No session restart, no re-login required when you pick up where you left off.
If something comes up while you are in the lobby — a table connection dropping, a slot spin not resolving, a GCash top-up not reflecting — these are the fastest routes to get it sorted.
Open the chat icon from any casino page to reach the support team directly. Describe the game title and the issue — for example, 'Prestige Baccarat Live, round did not complete' — so the agent can pull the right session record.
Log in and go to the Help section in your account dashboard. Wallet queries — GCash top-ups not appearing, Maya withdrawal status — are handled here with your transaction reference visible to both you and the support team.
For issues that need a longer paper trail, such as a disputed round in a live table, email support lets you attach screenshots. Check the Contact page in your account for the current address and expected reply process.
Fair outcomes and account safety are not features we bolt on — they are part of how the casino is configured from the game provider level upward. Here is what you can check or verify yourself inside the lobby.
Every slot and table game in the lobby comes from a studio on our verified list — CQ9, Spadegaming, Pragmatic Play, Bigtime Gaming or Microgaming. Those studios publish their own certification details. We carry their titles; their certification documentation covers the game logic.
Return-to-player figures are shown only when the game or provider makes them available inside the title. We do not display figures we cannot trace to a source. If RTP is shown, it appears in the game's information panel, not on a separate marketing page.
Your GCash, Maya or GrabPay account must match your casino account details before a withdrawal is processed. This step protects your balance. The verification fields and any documents required are shown in your account settings under Identity.
Casino access depends on local law and is available only in regions where it is permitted. We do not claim a specific licence authority here. Check the Terms section of your account for the eligibility conditions that apply to your location.
The casino lobby has four distinct formats, and the right one depends on how much time you have and what kind of play you prefer. Here is how each one works in practice so you can pick the format that fits your current session.
Prestige Baccarat Live and other live tables stream a real dealer in real time. Each round runs on a fixed schedule set by the table, so you join a live game already in progress. This format suits longer, focused sessions where you want to track multiple rounds.
Titles like Wild Bandito and Rapid Plinko are self-paced — you control when each spin starts. There is no waiting for other players or a dealer. Slot rooms work well for short sessions or when you want to move quickly between different game styles.
The sportsbook covers basketball, boxing and Mobile Legends esports. Pre-match lines are available before the game starts; in-play markets update as the match progresses. Football Champions League Betting sits alongside the local basketball lines in the sports category.
Pusoy and Bingo Sunday Special bring local card and bingo formats into the same lobby. Bingo runs on a published draw schedule visible inside the game. Pusoy follows standard card-game rules. Both are closer to the game formats many Philippines players already know.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total wagers a slot is designed to pay back over a large number of rounds. It is a long-run statistical measure, not a per-session promise. Shown only where the provider publishes it.
A live dealer game streams a real person dealing cards or spinning a wheel from a studio. You place bets on your screen; the dealer manages the physical game. Results follow the real action, not a random number generator alone.
A bonus round is a game mechanic triggered by specific reel combinations — scatter symbols are common triggers. It opens a separate play mode with different rules, such as a pick-a-prize screen or a set of feature spins with altered paylines.
In-play betting lets you place wagers on a sports event after it has started. Markets and odds update based on the live score and match situation. Available on selected basketball, boxing and esports events in the sportsbook during live matches.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before certain account actions, particularly withdrawals. It involves matching your submitted ID to your registered account name. Steps and required documents are shown in your account settings.
A jackpot is the highest prize a slot can pay, hit on rare reel combinations specified in the game rules. Some slots carry a fixed jackpot amount; others build progressively. The jackpot value and trigger conditions are defined by the game provider.
Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section and select GCash from the deposit options. Enter the amount, confirm via the GCash prompt on your phone and the balance will appear in your casino wallet once the transaction clears. Steps are shown in your account dashboard.
Yes. The bottom navigation bar in the lobby lets you move between slots, live casino and sports without ending your session. Your wallet balance carries across all three categories in real time, so there is no need to log out and back in when switching.
Slot titles in the lobby come from CQ9, Spadegaming, Pragmatic Play, Bigtime Gaming and Microgaming. Wild Bandito and Rapid Plinko are examples of titles available now. Browse the slots category after logging in to see the current catalogue from these studios.
Access depends on local law and is available where local regulations permit. We do not claim a specific licence authority on this page. Review the eligibility and terms conditions shown in your account to confirm availability for your location before depositing.
Go to the Wallet section in your account and select Maya as the withdrawal method. Your Maya account details must match your registered casino account name before the request is processed. The verification step and any identity requirements are listed in your account settings.
Open the Sports section from the lobby navigation bar. Basketball — covering PBA and NBA — is the first market category shown. Pre-match lines appear before tip-off; in-play markets open once the game starts. Football Champions League Betting is also in the same section.
